The best and worst hunting trip ever!

Here was Fisher's favorite part of the trip! We couldn't get him off of the 4-wheeler. He even slept there.

This was our cute little campspot. It was SO fun!

This was at the beginning of the trip, we stopped in Vernal to see the temple. Fisher learned how to say "Angel Moroni" It was pretty fun to see it.

Here is inside the Dinasour park museum. This was really fun, a little too old for Fisher, but we enjoyed it.

Here is Ainsley getting warm with Grandma, it was pretty cold there. Does anyone else think of Alien when you see this picture?

Here is Fisher in his fairly clean blanket - by the end of the trip it was very dirty. He insisted on carrying it everywhere! In fact he's carrying it around right now, after many washes.

This was our fun picnic by Hacking Lake. After lunch we hiked around the lake to do a little fishing, however, Carl twisted his ankle, and that was the end to his great hunting trip.

So, for me it was one of the best hunting trips, because Carl didn't get to go very often, and could stay with us, and do more 4-wheeling, but for Carl it was the worst hunting trip because he couldn't walk, let alone chase down a deer. And he didn't even see one buck the whole time. Also, the truck was leaking oil for the last part of the trip, but luckily when we were in Vernal they could stop the leaking in order for us to get home, but the kids had had it by then and were all but unbearable on the ride home. So, I think that is the end to family hunting trips!

That looks like so much fun. That is my kind of hunting trip. You can tell Carl that David was unable to get a deer when we went down to Enterprise. He did see a 4 point and he stood up and another deer spotted him and run off with the 4 point, and he was 30 yards away. What is your guys schedule like. We would love to get together. You can e-mail me at preciousqueenagler@yahoo.com or you can check out or blog. Hope to talk to you soon.

Looks like a grand ol'time. You guys have all the fun...personally I go for cabins, with restrooms, no wildlife signs, and air conditioning or heating...ha!...can you consider that camping?
